Leasing Your Property Through Coldwell Banker Top Team

Signing Lease Listing Agreement:
-The total fee would be 6% of the lease term, which 3% goes to marketing fee (LISTING OFFICE), and the other 3% goes to tenant's agent
example-rent $1800 x 12 month lease term x 6%=$1296 ( this is a one time fee and only which would be taken from your new tenant's move in cost )
-Install lockbox 
-Taking photos of your property

Marketing your property:
-We will market your property in all major real estate sites and portals that are suitable for that particular community
-Create Virtual tours and other online ads
-Install yard sign  

Present complete rental applications:
-We will collect and present you potential lease applicant applications with verified income, reserves, and credit report

Sign Lease Agreement:
-Both parties will sign Lease Agreement once a tenant is selected, and terms negotiated by the agents

Move In:
-We will collect the move-in check from your tenant, conduct the move in inspection, and deliver key to tenant
